SOOR Fuel Marketing Co. formed, based on the meeting of the ordinary general assembly held on 2/11/2008, its board of directors as follows:
Talal Ahmed Al-Kharas as a Chairman, Dawood Yousef Hajeih Muheisan as a deputy chairman, Ahmed Hussain Abdullah Taqi as a managing director and both of Tarif Mohamed Al-Awadi, Abdulatif Suleiman Al- Othman, Saleh Fahed Al-Wuheib, Essa Ibrahim Al-Mousawi, Hashem Sayed Al-Hashem and Mrs. Wafaa Youssef Al-Zaabi as board members.
